Success Journal your way to Success

Success Journal app is a ledger of your daily accomplishments. Instead of simply keeping a list, it’s best if you analyze each accomplishment and determine what the drivers of success were. That way, whenever you’re about to start a new project, endeavor, or whatever, you can refer to your success journal and see what has worked in the past.

“People who succeed have momentum. The more they succeed, the more they want to succeed, and the more they find a way to succeed. Similarly, when someone is failing, the tendency is to get on a downward spiral that can even become a self-fulfilling prophecy.”

— Tony Robbins

Positive Emotions release the neurotransmitter dopamine

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter molecule that influences brain pathways that are involved in motivation, movement, cognition, and reward-driven learning. Writing down what you did well can give you a sense of achievement. Positive emotions like this release the neurotransmitter dopamine, which makes you feel good, gives you energy and motivates you to keep doing things that will trigger the release of more dopamine. In other words, once your own success gives a feeling of accomplishment, you’ll be more motivated to keep working hard to achieve more success.

“If you really look closely, most overnight successes took a long time.”

— Steve Jobs

Kira and a dog named Money Bodo Schaefer

One of my favorite books is Kira and a dog named Money. The author Bodo Schaefer wrote this book for children to teach them financial aspects related to money. It was written like a story of a small girl Kira and here dog named “Money”. The dog teaches Kira to learn how to set up goals and earn money to achieve it. Moreover, the book teaches how to wisely split incomes and invest money to become wealthy. Despite the book is for children I found it very interesting and useful even for adults as it opens, maybe on the first look simple things and all known, however always never used in life. One of the key things in this book is leading the Success Journal.

“If you really want to do something, you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.”

— Jim Rohn

Increase self Motivation and Confidence

If you think that you can’t cope with something, you just need to take the Success Journal app and look in your past stories for evidence that you can cope with everything in the future. The more stories you make in the journal, the more often you achieve success. This is primarily because you increasingly believe in yourself.
Visualize your goals together with your own success stories, and they will become a reality faster. Formulate and draw a mental picture of yourself as successful, motivated. Hold this picture hard. Never let it fade. Your mind will strive to develop this picture. Never think of yourself as a failure; never doubt the reality of the mental image. This is the most dangerous because the mind is always trying to complete what it draws. So always draw “success”, no matter how bad things seem at the moment.

“I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.”

Write down your Daily Accomplishments

Write down daily everything you have done well in the Success Journal app. The best if you make at least five stories in your journal every day. By the way, these can be very small things. At first, it will not be easy for you. You will ask yourself whether this or that can be considered truly a success. In such a case, you must always make a decision in favor. It is better that you have an excess of self-confidence than to suffer from its lack.
Only by writing accomplishments and analyzing further, you can repeat this experience over and over. The same way how people learn from their mistakes you will able to learn from your success.

“The secret of success is to do the common thing uncommonly well.”

— John D. Rockefeller Jr.

If earlier it occurred to you why something didn’t work out, now you will become much more concentrated on what should happen. In contrast with the printable success journal notebooks, it has a big advantage.

— Conrad Hilton
